We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you find that FocusGuide doesn't meet your needs within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of your original purchase.
- Have an active subscription that has not been previously refunded.
- Provide your order number or the email address associated with the purchase.
3. Automatic Renewals
For recurring subscriptions, we provide a 24-hour grace period for unexpected renewals. If you forgot to cancel your subscription and were billed, contact us within 24 hours of the charge for a refund of that specific renewal period.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are generally non-refundable:
- Prorated amounts for months already partially used.
- Services that were fully delivered or consumed (e.g., custom consultations).
- Subscriptions that have violated our Terms of Service.
